Frances Padgett - 1938-2009

We will greatly miss Edith Frances Padgett. My Wife, Lorie's Mother, My Mother-In-Law, Friend, Knowledge-Base, A Spark to light-up any conversation. She passed away this past Saturday around Noon at NorthEast Medical Center, Concord, NC. She has been under Hospice Care for nearly 5 weeks due to failing health and a recent heart attack. Special Thanks to the Hospice Staff Janna & Jen & Melissa. Such wonderful and wise people. Funeral Services are to be held Wednesday, Oct 7, 1:00 PM at the Bible Presbyterian Church, 6237 Rumple Road, Charlotte NC 28262 704-596-2645. Visitation for Friends and Family will be held one hour prior to the funeral at the church at 12:00 Noon. Lorie and I appreciate your thoughts prayers as we navigate these waters of bereavement in the coming weeks and months.

I recorded Danny Boy several years ago, and it has really just been sitting around in a folder on my computer since then. Today as I was preparing for a St. Patricks Day music program for a local Retirement Community, it just hit me that people might enjoy a sing-a-long karaoke with scrolling words.
